Dear Friends,

On behalf of TTAC, I wish to congragulate the Rt Rev'd David Moyer, and the Rt Rev'd David Chislett on their consecration to the Episcopate in the Church of God, and assure them of our prayers and good wishes for their future ministry in the service of the true faith once delivered to the saints, which is now under attack even by those who call themselves Anglicans.

I am sure that this event will bring joy to every true Anglican. It is our dream that one day, and that not to far distant, all true Anglicans will be reunited in the truth of the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour within His Holy Body the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.

This has been our claim from the beginning when Christianity first came to Britain, a claim which was renewed by St. Augustine of Canterbury and which was the aim of the Faithful Divines in the Reformation Church of England.

Bp Moyer of Forward in Faith North America, and Bp. Chislett of Forward in Faith Australia were consecrated on the 16th February in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Rosemont, PA, USA. Their Consecrators were:

Chief Consecrator:
Archbishop John Hepworth of Australia, Primate of the Traditional Anglican Communion
Co-Consecrators:
Archbishop Louis Falk, Primate of the Anglican Church in America (TAC)
Bishop Louis Campese, ACA Bishop of Eastern States
Bishop Ross Owen Davies, Bishop of The Murray, Australia (Canterbury Communion)
Bishop Maturnus Kapinga, Bishop of Ruvuma, Tanzania (Canterbury Communion)
Participating Bishops included:
Bishop Juan Garcia of Puerto Rico (TAC)
Bishop Wellborn Hudson, retired Bishop of the Armed Forces (ACA)
Bishop George Langberg, ACA Bishop of the Northeast
Bishop Ruben Rodriquez-Molina of Central America & Mexico (TAC)
Bishop James Stewart, ACA Bishop of the West
Bishop Edward McBurney, Retired Bishop of Quincy, ECUSA. (Canterbury Communion)
Bishop Ross Owen Davies after the Consecration licensed both Bps. Moyer and Chislett as Assistant Bishops of the Diocese of The Murray, Australia.

May God richly bless them all in their work for the maintainence and propagation of the Faith.

In Christ Jesus our Lord.

Brian Gill.
