Because the Foundation is both a charity and a company, its trustees are also the directors of the company. The trustees currently in office are Mr. John Anthony, Mrs. Christine Gray and Mr. Michael Wilson. It is envisaged that the Trustees will develop a scheme of membership of the Foundation as provided in the company Memorandum and Articles. This will enable future trustees to be elected by the membership.
The Foundation may be contacted by email, or by post to the Priory Centre, Colegrave Street, South Park, Lincoln LN5 8DW. It is envisaged that an answerphone on 01522 572779 will soon be available.
